The Environmental Law and Science Changemaker Program connects undergraduate students majoring in natural sciences with law students in the Turner Environmental Law Clinic to research and comment on proposed environmental rules and regulations. The students collaborate to draft legally and scientifically informed comments on proposed rules, including those related to air pollution, endangered species impacted by climate change, and other climate issues. Students attend multiple workshops led by Turner Clinic and Climate Hub staff about the intersection of law and science in climate policymaking. The program lasts for one semester. Interested undergraduate students can apply in early April for the fall semester and in late October for the spring semester.
